Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1-2 Egg (optional)
- 6oz Chicken Breast (sliced)
- 3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 4oz of Steamed Broccoli
- 6-8oz Rice Noodles
- 3 tbsp All Purpose Sauce (or oyster sauce)
- 1 tbsp of Sweet Soy Sauce
- Black Pepper (optional)
How to make:
- Add oil to a heated pan on medium heat
- Add chicken & cook till well done
- Add 1 tbsp of All Purpose Sauce (or oyster sauce) and stir fry into cooked chicken. After, put your chicken on a plate to rest on the side.
- Add oil to a heated pan on HIGH heat
- Add minced garlic & cook till golden brown
- Add 1-2 egg and scramble it till cooked
- Add Rice Noodle & cook till well done
- Add Steamed Broccoli, 1 tbsp of Sweet Soy Sauce, & 2tbsp of All Purpose sauce
- Mix well together
- Add your cooked chicken & mix well together
- Add black pepper (optional)
- Serve
