  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1-2 Egg (optional)
  • 6oz Chicken Breast (sliced)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (minced) 
  • 4oz of Steamed Broccoli 
  • 6-8oz Rice Noodles
  • 3 tbsp All Purpose Sauce (or oyster sauce)
  • 1 tbsp of Sweet Soy Sauce 
  • Black Pepper (optional) 

How to make: 

  1. Add oil to a heated pan on medium heat 
  2. Add chicken & cook till well done
  3. Add 1 tbsp of All Purpose Sauce (or oyster sauce) and stir fry into cooked chicken. After, put your chicken on a plate to rest on the side. 
  4. Add oil to a heated pan on HIGH heat
  5. Add minced garlic & cook till golden brown 
  6. Add 1-2 egg and scramble it till cooked 
  7. Add Rice Noodle & cook till well done
  8. Add Steamed Broccoli, 1 tbsp of Sweet Soy Sauce, & 2tbsp of  All Purpose sauce
  9. Mix well together 
  10. Add your cooked chicken & mix well together 
  11. Add black pepper (optional)
  12. Serve
