Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1-2 Egg(s)
- ½ Cup Pad Thai Sauce
- 5-6oz Rice Noodles
- 6-7 Pre-cooked Shrimps
- 4oz Bean Sprouts
- 1oz Green Onion
- 5 Grams of Chopped Cilantro
- ¼ Lime (optional)
How to Make:
- Soak rice noodles in room temp water for 1-2 hours
- Add oil to a heated pan, cook on high heat
- Add egg(s), then scramble it
- After the egg is cooked, add rice noodles
- Cooked until noodles is soft; add water if needed
- Add ½ cup of Pad Thai sauce
- Add Pre-cooked shrimps
- Wait till Pad Thai sauce is nearly dry
- Add bean sprouts & green onion
- Mix Well
- Serve
